An automotive parts supplier was experiencing delamination between PP interior trims and wrap fabric, affecting quality and delivery.

Switched to a jet-type plasma treater for low-temperature atmospheric plasma activation of the PP surface, followed directly by the bonding step.

- PP surface dyne level raised from 32 to 44 mN/m
- Bond strength increased 3×, passing full-vehicle durability tests
