1. Battery Aluminum Foil Corona Treatment (Cathode Current Collector)

2. Battery Copper Foil Corona Treatment (Anode Current Collector)
6–12 μm copper foil is thinner and more damage-prone; it needs metal-foil arc-prevention design and tight gap control for stable wetting of water/oil-based slurry and firm coating adhesion.
3. Battery Separator Corona/Plasma Treatment (Before Ceramic/PVDF Coating)
PE/PP separators have very low surface energy (~30 dyne); before ceramic (alumina/boehmite) or PVDF coating, surface energy must be raised to ≥38 dyne to prevent coating powder loss and delamination, protecting separator safety and yield. Learn separator corona & coating →
